Courage is not fearlessness. Courage is feeling afraid and not running away. We often find it when we are forced to act by external circumstances,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], when the status quo becomes untenable. We go a long time in the knowledge that we haven't walked the last mile,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but we are unaware (not conscious) of what the gap, the incompleteness in our performance, actually looked like. That's when we feel dissatisfied and stuck, and the most frustrating thing is that we don't know what completeness looks like.
The hardest thing we have to do is usually the one that's most important. There are things we don't want to do,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but know deep down we have to. They're the ones that give us the greatest breakthroughs. And it's not the thing itself that gives us the breakthrough,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it's the doing it.

In what ways might this incompleteness hold you back? How does it translate into other areas? Can you honestly say you're giving your absolute best?
We all know that it's the small things that make the big difference, but what holds us back is usually the last mile. Of course the first step is hard,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but reaching our potential is an endless series of first steps. And the hardest first step is the one at the beginning of the last mile.
Here's the thing: to accomplish ordinary things you only have to be work effectively and efficiently within your current capability. To achieve the extra-ordinary,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you have to be at your absolute best. Why you don't achieve your extraordinary goals is not because of the goal or the circumstances, but because you stop yourself from being your absolute best.

Lester Levenson and Larry Crane teach us that “Freedom” includes no attachment and no aversion. We are all FREE to DECIDE to have or not have any experience or object of materiality that we wish to have… We are all equally FREE to do or not do anything that we wish… and we are also FREE to let go of aspects of our lives that aren’t making us happy. Remember there are no limitations other than what we are holding in mind. When we let go of limitations,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], we gain mastery over the perceived negative habit(s). Believe you can achieve your goals. Be willing to be successful, feel safe, experience positive relationships and resolutions to areas of your life that may need fine-tuning. Most importantly enjoy having an even happier life! Host a victory for FREEDOM!
Letting go of perceived bad habits is the result of making better decisions. By understanding ‘how and why’ we act in the ways that we do is deciding to get bigger than our fear. In deciding to overcome the habit of protecting ourselves with fear empowers us to be free of perceived bad habits. How much longer are you willing to remain overweight? How much longer are you going to tolerate that smoking or swearing habit? Notice no one can make these decisions for you. If you are choosing to assign your happiness to others, to things,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you are choosing to let others/things decide what you can have. How much longer are you willing to let your life run on automatic? How many more years are you going to watch come and go and still find yourself stuck in unhappiness?
Habits are only a perception. Habits are there as a reminder to us indicating there is a pocket of negativity that requires our attention. Each time we focus on being more positive, we become happier and lighter. So choosing to let go of any unwanted or perceived bad habit requires that we intentionally make the decision to be done holding onto limiting habits and beliefs that sustain our acting as we have done for quite some time. It is also deciding to let go of feeling stuck,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], burdened or annoyed.
** Whatever your goal,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], habit,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], or fear may appear to be,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], please hold in mind that you can easily eliminate any perceived bad habit simply by focusing on the positive benefits of being free of the unwanted habit or situation.
** By moving into higher energy and learning to hold in mind what we wish to have or experience (positive only) allows us to begin to let go of negative habits easily and effortless.
Whatever the perceived negative habit is, hold in mind what you wish to have or achieve that feels good and right for you. Avoid unrealistic goals such as: losing excessive weight in a week, or giving up cigarettes in one or two days if you have indulged in this habit for many years. Realistically these types of habits were sustained over a period of time, so you may choose to break the goal into smaller increments. You may decide to have a target goal of weighing 5-pounds less on or before a specific date or perhaps decide to cut back on smoking. Once the mini-goal is achieved,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], do continue working on the next level of the goal by continuing to let go of excuses and limitations. A good way to begin eliminiating the smoking or overeating habit (if that is something you would like to achieve), is to simply observe if you are in enjoyment of yourself while smoking or overeating.
In order to be free of a perceived bad habit,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], we have to consciously choose to corner our fear and resistance in relation to the habit. We have to be willing to dig up the AGFLAP,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], uncover the aversions,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and be willing to take responsibility for everything related to these habits. Lester Levenson has said, “That the things we put in our mouth are far less offensive than the thoughts we hold in mind in relation to things (i.e. food, cigarettes,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], alcohol, etc.).
Regardless if you have been dealing with an unwanted habit or perception for a week, a year,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], or a decade or more, take a moment and look at what do you really want to leave behind. Negative habits affect our health and our ability to be calm and peaceful. Negative habits also affect our relationship with our winkf and with others. Look at what isn’t working in your life. See if there are financial or health opportunities that could be obtained by letting go of unwanted aggravation or unwanted habits. Be willing to look at your attachments and aversions and do make better decisions related to these matters. Believe by positively changing your viewpoint about a habit or situation will help you move forward and gain clarity on how to proceed.

The holiday season is not always joyful for those who have lost a loved one. However, military widows can enjoy the holiday season by using my 5 tips below:
Remember: No pity party allowed. Wherever you are in life there is someone worse off. Take the time to reminisce,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], give your time to others, adopt a single service member, spend time with other military widows, or start a new tradition. You do not have to do all 5 tips listed above but, by doing a few, you will get yourself motivated to enjoy the holiday season.
1. Reminisce,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Nowhere is it said that you must forget your spouse. Quite the opposite is true. You need to acknowledge your feelings. Carry out your normal traditions and honor your spouse. Use this time to give thanks for his or her sacrifices. It is not time for a pity party but it is time to reminisce and enjoy the memories you built together during the holiday season,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
5,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Start a new tradition,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. You can look at the glass as half empty or half full. When you combine your talents and resources you can do amazing things. Don’t forget there are families from out of town visiting their sons and daughters in the hospital who would enjoy a real home cooked meal too. Lastly,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], don’t forget everyone working on the actual holiday. Be creative,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], enjoy the season and remember…no pity party allowed.

When you do your marathon cookie baking don’t forget to take a few trays of cookies to the people living in the barracks. I’m sure they are missing Mom’s homemade sugar cookies or gingerbread men. Remember, you are not the only one missing someone during the holiday season. No pity party allowed.

A source at the Fair Trade Commission revealed Wednesday that the reason for its investigation of the media may lie within Cheong Wa Dae and that there appears to be evidence of a coordinated attack on the press. According to the source the FTC briefed officials there on January 29 about its "Clean Market Project,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]," a probe of five major industrial sectors designed to encourage free market,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], transparent fair trade practices. The media was excluded from this investigation at the time.
Two days after the briefing on January 31,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the National Tax Service announced that it was going to conduct a tax audit on Seoul based media companies. On February 6 FTC head Lee Nam-ki attended a cabinet meeting at Cheong Wa Dae and the following day convened an emergency staff meeting,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], following which he announced that the agency would also look into fair practice at major media groups.
On February 12,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the FTC commenced its investigation,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but just four days later it announced that it would impose newspaper regulations,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], though it said that it would not announce results of its probe until May,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],following its completion on April 21,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], when it will impose fines.
The NTS will complete its investigation on May 7,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and is expected to order payment of back taxes.
The heads of the NTS and FTC both repeatedly deny that they have been pressured to organize political probes into the media designed to control criticism of the government,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Officials said that the hurry with which the investigations have been carried out is because they can only use the first half of the year.
